From initial visit to the closing of the deal, the TEAM (Josh, Crista, Leo Sosa and Marcelo were keen to ensuring every step of the buying experience was as smooth as possible. Josh took the helm by explaining the car buying process in detail to avoid any surprises and then following up to ensure I had no concerns. Crista worked tirelessly and after hours to ensure I receive the documents needed after receiving new information of items required from my insurance company and then Leo took additional time AFTER the sale was complete to answer questions and provide last minute customer service which is so lacking in many service industries today. I'm elated to write this statement as it took a team to ensure the process and the team came to play today. So glad, I took the recommendation of USAA to start the car searching process at HGreg in Orlando.. Definitely a 5 star rating for their performance with me. Leonard More

I found a car I really liked and I eneded up purchasing it. While I was at the dealership they assured me the only reason the light came on about the tires was because of a broken sensor, which they claimed to have "fixed". When we got back home to South Carolina, we found out all four tires were different sizes and I need a complete break job. They claim to run extensive tests to make sure every car is in good condition, which obviously isn't true. More
