First, the professionals I dealt with from the salesperson to the manager, to the business manager, to the receptionist, to people I encountered on the lot were all cheerful, informative, and stayed on task of helping me to learn, make a decision, and close the deal in a way that made me want to do the deal. No hard sells, etc. They offered test drives, water for my dog, refreshments, and all the information I needed to make a decision I was comfortable with. They produced information about car models and the carfax report for the car I was considering. They deciphered all the options on each car so instead of comparing apples to oranges, I could process in my brain the true differences between each of the pre owned vehicles I was considering. Cristian Georgescu my salesperson took extra interest in my car purchase and was very intuitive in telling me the information I was in need of. He was the perfect go between between the negotiators, the business office, and me as well. Bravo Cristian.
