Christian in sales was a great help in getting the car in top condition for delivery. Amir was fair in the negotiation process and I think we both felt it was a good deal. Ronnie in Finance helped me through the paperwork and was extremely knowledgable and answered all my questions. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership for a used car purchase. More

Great sales team Cristian was great and i would award him 5 stars! He showed our very model we wanted to see and provided us with a test drive of several cars. The Cristian was great and i would award him 5 stars! He showed our very model we wanted to see and provided us with a test drive of several cars. The rest of my experience with the dealership sucked. The office was understaffed and there was no private office for us to sit in and talk numbers. It took over 5 hours to close the deal and I did not get the car we wanted and had to settler for a more expensive SUV, because the bank gave us a poor leasing rate on the doge we wanted or that is what I was told. The dealer also did not have or offer the Dodge SUV that was listed on your national website which is why I came to the dealer in the first place. When I questioned the sales Manager (Amir) about the why we could not get a better deal on the dodge I wanted I was told the bank was the problem. which to me said he was more interested in getting me into a more expensive car than getting me a deal on the car i wanted. More
