I purchased a new battery, and then my truck didn't start, called ford and Pat said they didn't jump start vehicles! So three hours later I got road side assistance to get home! I called back and he ke start, called ford and Pat said they didn't jump start vehicles! So three hours later I got road side assistance to get home! I called back and he kept saying I hung up on him! If I would've he would've know it. I got transferred to Chris and she took care of me and was nothing but polite. We replaced the battery and I am back on the road again ??. If I have to deal with him again, I'll go to Walmart for service. Chris was great! How sad to have an old crabby guy dealing with customers! More

I am less than impressed. First trip to get multiple recall items fixed only one thing was addressed and we were notified they couldn't finish the rest in one day. We wanted a First trip to get multiple recall items fixed only one thing was addressed and we were notified they couldn't finish the rest in one day. We wanted an alignment performed due to abnormal tire wear and we were told the rear differential was on its way out and the tires weren't wearing clearly due to AWD, not an alignment issue. I fully believe the tire wear was from an alignment issue. They said the van with 26,000 miles needed new tires which was not a surprise to me at all. When my wife called to say which tire we were going to choose to put on she was told the van would need a 4 wheel alignment since there is definitely an issue. (Mind you last time it was there we were told the tire wear wasn't from an alignment issue) The final invoice only shows it had a front end alignment, not a 4 wheel alignment. When trying to do the tire rebate online per the hand written instructions on the invoice it shows there is no rebate available. More
