The free coffee and waiting area is nice but let's be realistic as far as pleasing the guest if your going to charge me max price on a serpentine belt at least use some vaseline when your gaslighting the prices. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a dealer. Horrible customer service. I came in with a whole car and almost left with a portion of.
