BAIT AND SWITCH. I found a car I liked and visited the dealer to look at it. I had to go back to work but spent several hours that afternoon on the phone negotiating I found a car I liked and visited the dealer to look at it. I had to go back to work but spent several hours that afternoon on the phone negotiating the price and financing (hitting my credit score in the process). All was set and I made an appointment to meet the sales rep the next morning at 9. I arrived right on time (after driving 20 miles) and he informed me he sold the car a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Not surprisingly, he then offered me a car that was $5,000 more than the one I had negotiated for. This is classic bait-and-switch -- and illegal. These guys are unethical and I wouldn't do business with them. I strongly recommend you "steer clear" of Coulter Nissan. More

The guys here at Coulter Nissan have been amazing to work with. Nick Westfall my sales person was great through the whole process and not your typical car salesman. Croy Sieve who helped at the sales manag with. Nick Westfall my sales person was great through the whole process and not your typical car salesman. Croy Sieve who helped at the sales manager was also on point. I worked with Justin Marcum in finance and he’s completely wonderful in his detail and explanation of every step. My ordeal was a long process with a recall issue that went on for about 2 months, and I even worked with Scott Mcghie for this situation and ultimately they were able to get me into a wonderful truck that I got to take home yesterday! Thank you to the whole crew here! More

NO STARS! Horrible dealership. Horrible customer service. We were there for an hour and a half! We were there to buy a truck and they straight sold the truck t Horrible dealership. The men were literally running into the finance office to submit their paperwork first. I will never do business with that kind of dealership. It should be first come first serve.. IF I said I didn’t want the truck then it should go to another person. Don’t waste your time and gas going to this place. More
