I came in to see what Royal Moore had to offer, I left very happy with my Truck, but not so much with Royal Moore. Wade is probably the biggest reason we stayed, we felt like he was just being told wh very happy with my Truck, but not so much with Royal Moore. Wade is probably the biggest reason we stayed, we felt like he was just being told what to tell us, and is fairly new at this. Wade greeted me when I pulled in and was walking out to look at the trucks. He actually listened instead of trying to show me what he thought I wanted. The first person that I was talking with with Wade was great, he was personable and local, talked about using the bank I use and how things have changed. I feel Royal Moore GMC has a great product, but I would like to pass on some advice that I learned from my Grandparents, I am sure that is why he bought every vehicle he owned from the same dealership his entire life. My wife and I do that now with the last 4 cars she has owned. “ BE STRAIGHT FORWARD FROM THE BEGINNING”, Small things matter. Loyalty is key, it’s very hard to find now. As I told Wade I took my Trade in has been in every 4 thousand to 6 thousand miles to the dealer I Purchased it from to get serviced, so I am not just buying a Truck I am buying the Service also. Some people are educated and know rules, laws, credit reports, etc. etc I even checked with my Credit Union after hearing and letting you run my credit again, there is no Federal Law that requires a credit check on customers who are bring in Bank Checks, it’s certified funding, just like a cash deal. Stretching the truth won’t help Royal Moore keep and retain customers in the future More
