He offered to drive the vehicle to my house which I greatly appreciated! We were able to determine the model, color, trim, and options I wanted in my new vehicle so Cristian headed back to the dealership and within an hour located the exact car I wanted and made arrangements to have it delivered to the dealership. He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole shopping experience very comfortable and effortless. On Cristian's day off, I was fortunate to work with Sam Burgin. Sam kept the ball rolling while Cristian was out and provided excellent customer service and communication skills along with a delightful sense of humor. I flew in from Nevada and they gave me a ride from PDX. They didn't give me the runaround or try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
