Bought new 2026 truck 3 months ago. No owners manuals are included in new vehicles today. Absolutely ridiculous. Complained to the salesman (Cruz) and Chris (really everyone in the showroom) and Chris printed the whole owners manual for me. I could finally sit down in my truck with the manual (now in a 3 ring binder) and learn about all the unique features I never would have known about! I’m old, but will always remember the willingness of this dealership to do the RIGHT THING. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! More
