When I arrived for my scheduled service appointment there was no record of it anywhere in the system. Apparently that same thing had happened several times in the previous two weeks. He was very helpful in explaining future services that need to be done to maintain the power train warranty on my truck while being very friendly and professional throughout our interaction. I miss seeing Daniel at the service desk, but I had the same service from Jeremy. I have worked with Daniel for 7 1/2 years, since I bought my truck. He saw me in the waiting area and made a point to come speak with me. In my opinion, he’s the best employee you’ve got in customer service. More
