excellent service for out of town customers Our 2010 MKX broke down in St Augustine with brake problems, I was visiting this area, on vacation from Ontario Canada and this was three days before Our 2010 MKX broke down in St Augustine with brake problems, I was visiting this area, on vacation from Ontario Canada and this was three days before Christmas. We were literally stranded. My car was towed to Bozard Lincoln. I met with service adviser Chrystal Garrison. They were very busy at that time of the year but she set me at ease right away. A loaner car was provided and they did the necessary brake work. I cannot say enough about how great I was treated. My car was fixed and I was treated like loyalty. I picked up my car on Christmas eve. Thanks to Chrystal and everyone right down to the guy who washed the car prior to me getting it. Thank you Bozard... More

This is a great customer oriented Dealership I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) years ago. The problem returned. I returned to that dealership and they cleaned the latch which worked for a short while. I contacted Mike Tudor whom I have dealt with in the past who put me in touch with Crystal Garrison. Crystal ordered the necessary parts for a wiper sensor (another issue) and a door latch. The door works perfectly, the wiper sensor is working perfectly. Crystal put my in a loaner car for two days. Everything works great. The driver's door is nice and tight and my vehicle was given to me vacuumed and washed! Bozard Ford Lincoln is top notch, does fantastic work and takes care of the customer. Even though this dealership is a little out of the way, they will get my business. More
