My experience with Lester Glenn Hyundai was great. I had an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership a few weeks ago, but Lester Glenn totally made up for it. Crystal Gayle was an excellent, pro an unpleasant experience at another Hyundai dealership a few weeks ago, but Lester Glenn totally made up for it. Crystal Gayle was an excellent, professional, pleasant sales associate. She answered all questions without being aggressive or pressuring me to make a decision or purchase. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and let me know to feel free to reach out to her with any questions or concerns. I was then directed to Aaron Lang, a great guy. He also made me feel totally comfortable, explained everything in detail, answered all questions in detail and made sure I understood all the information he provided. Both associates were true professionals and made my time very enjoyable. Not only do I intend on going back but also offering referrals to anyone I know shopping for a car.
