Had been doing research on a new SUV. Did not like the styling of the brand that I owned as my last 3 vehicles. The Palisade received top ratings from many sources. I have several friends and family mem styling of the brand that I owned as my last 3 vehicles. The Palisade received top ratings from many sources. I have several friends and family members that have Hyundai’s, and they said they very much like them and they have had little to no service issues, and some are more than 10 years old. That convinced me. I stopped by on a Sunday, and on the lot was exactly what I liked. I stopped by the following day, having researched the true market value and the value of my trade. Crystal Gayle greeted me at the front door. She brought the truck around for me, went through the features, and let me take a test drive. I stopped by my house, took my wife ( who really liked the vehicle) for a quick ride, dropped her back off, and headed back to Lester Glenn in Toms River. I sat down with Gayle and told her what I was looking for out of my trade as well as what I felt I should pay for the new SUV. Gayle made the numbers work and my wife picked up the vehicle that afternoon, after they finished prepping it. It has been a few weeks, but I am very happy with the purchase thus far, not to mention that Crystal was, and continues to be, great to work with and has followed up several times to make sure I was happy with everything.
