April 19th I purchased a 2018 Toyota highlander which is absolutely beautiful. From the moment i pulled into dealership i saw the truck sitting there like it was waiting for me or something, may sound crazy absolutely beautiful. From the moment i pulled into dealership i saw the truck sitting there like it was waiting for me or something, may sound crazy but it was like a sign that the truck was supposed to be mine. After a couple minutes looking at the outside of the vehicle i heard a sweet voice say goodmorning and thats when i was greated by crystal. She asked me if i wanted to test drive and of course i said yes. When i took the truck for a test drive her and i had a great conversation and she was so personable. When we got back i told her i was looking at a few other vehicles and she completely understood that i didnt jump to purchase the truck right away. We sat down and ran some rough numbers and i told her i would be in contact with her in regards to the truck and she told me she would hold onto the keys until she heard from me which is really nice because she didnt have too. After running numbers she gave me her cell number and i left to check out the other two vehicles i texted her and told her i was coming back for my truck lol. She said great i will see you soon and the process was painless ecspecially with having two young children with me. Crystal made my lester glenn experience worth it. More
