My husband wanted my opinion of the Kona N SUV. We arrived very early in the morning thinking we would just walk the lot and take a look. We were greeted by Crystal Gayle, a sales rep. Even though We arrived very early in the morning thinking we would just walk the lot and take a look. We were greeted by Crystal Gayle, a sales rep. Even though the dealership was not officially open she allowed us to come in and take a look at the vehicle on the showroom floor. She was very accommodating by offering to bring the SUV from a different lot because I did not like the color of the vehicle inside the showroom. As she was going to get her keys, I spotted the ELANTRA N and was drawn to the cars exterior design. Crystal didn’t miss a beat and switched gears by going over the features of this vehicle. What I appreciated most was her flexibility and the fact that I did not feel pressured in anyway. At my request, we picked the car up the day after we purchased it. Crystal was patient, and informative in going over the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales person, and she represented the dealership and a very positive manner. More
