I ended up buying a car from the showroom floor. Crystal made the process flawless. Even though I had done all of my research on the price and the process, she was never condescending nor made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. I will say her manager low balled my trade in. However, the next day when I went back to seal the deal I came with documentation that substantiated what I was looking for with my trade in. We met in the middle. I have told my sons they need to see Crystal for their next car. I will say I overheard one of the guys trying to talk a customer out of the car she came in for. Crystal NEVER did that. She just helped me get what I wanted. Ask for Crystal at Lester Glenn Hyundai. And ask her to sing. LOL. She'll know who sent you. LOL. More
