After reviewing your recent visit (RO ending in 535), we can confirm that your vehicle was in our service department for the 15,000-mile service, which included the following: Inspection of brake lines and hoses, of the cooling system, of ball joints and dust covers, Inspection of the exhaust system for security and leaks, Inspection of drive shaft boots, Inspection of the radiator and condenser for debris or signs of damage At 9:12 AM, Cuauhtémoc, your Service Assistant Manager, attempted to contact you to go over the service recommendations. He was unable to reach you and left a voicemail requesting a call back, but did not receive a response. Additionally, when your service representative stepped out for lunch, he left a message informing you that his colleague, Adrian, was available to assist. Upon review, we can confirm that your vehicle service was completed before 10:00 AM, which was the promised time provided at check-in. Thank you for your feedback. Have a great week – Longo Toyota
