I’m reminded of the great customer service we received from this dealer because we just had a terrible service experience with another dealer closer to home this week. I wish we lived closer, so that we could go to Longo for all our service needs =[ This review is from January 2025: Disclaimer: This review will be long lol. I want to give a shout out to Shawn Castillo (Digital Sales Manager) who assisted us with our sales transaction, as well as Pierce and Luca! I called and emailed dozens of dealerships within a 50-mile radius to me, and because of Shawn—my husband and I purchased from Longo Toyota, instead of the other dealers much closer to us. We didn't actually meet Shawn in person—all communication was through email and phone. The digital age has truly changed the way people purchase vehicles now. Shawn was incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions (I had many) and explained everything clearly. Shawn was kind and understanding, and took the time to sell me a car that was up to my husband's standards for the price my husband was willing to pay. My husband and I were apprehensive purchasing a car (brand new) that we hadn't actually driven (although we test drove an identical car at a dealership closer to home). The car, however, was brand new and Shawn was an excellent communicator, so it helped ease our worries. Pierce and Luca delivered (earlier than originally scheduled, mind you, which was great!) our car right to our door (no extra delivery fee). They both took the time to clearly explain and demonstrate all the features. They were both very kind and informative, just like Shawn. I wish Longo Toyota was closer to us, so that we could get our regular maintenance services done there. However, with two small children it's just not convenient for us to do so. BUT we will definitely be back to tint our new Prius, since we were informed by Luca and Pierce that Longo provides professional tinting at the dealership. Thank you again to Shawn, Pierce, and Luca! You three have made car-buying a much more pleasant experience than I ever thought it could be. More

Awesome fast, friendly and transparent sales. I visited several dealerships before being told to visit the best Toyota Dealership in the country. I wasn’t sure why until I purchased a vehicle si I visited several dealerships before being told to visit the best Toyota Dealership in the country. I wasn’t sure why until I purchased a vehicle sight unseen and over the phone and via text. I made the deal over the phone. They offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse and I signed documents online and purchased a 2024 Toyota Tundra Limited iMax Mega. They washed and filled up the truck for me. I drove 1 hour to Pick the truck up that was outside and up front awaiting my arrival. I signed a couple more documents, payed my down payment by check and was out of the dealership in 45 minutes! 30 of those minutes was Shawn Castillo (our awesome salesman) showing us everything about the truck!
