Dishonest Advertisement I received an email from Corwin FORD offering a pre-paid VISA if I took test drive. I took the test drive and have since been given the run around fro I received an email from Corwin FORD offering a pre-paid VISA if I took test drive. I took the test drive and have since been given the run around from 3 different people about it. The last person I talked with said the weren't running that promotion anymore despite my email from them having 2 weeks left before expiring. Not sure how I can trust them with 10's of thousands of dollars, trusting that they will back up their warranty and maintenance portion, if they won't honor a stupid pre-paid VISA card per their own advertisements. More

Overall a good experience for very specific car The receptionist was really nice and helpful, but I never got her name. She may have mentioned it, but I don't remember right now. It would be nice if people could review her as well since she was the very first person I interacted with upon my arrival. I worked with Curt and Austin and Efren was the first sales person who I met with when I got there. I worked with Curt the most at the dealership. I had talked with Austin on the phone a few times and he was the person I talked with about the pricing. I felt like they should have come down in price a little more, but since this is a large volume dealership, they didn't seem like they cared much to actually sell the vehicle and I understand that. Austin was nice and was able to be a LITTLE bit flexible, especially since I was coming from out of state to make the purchase. Cameron was really enjoyable to talk with about different makes and models of Ford's. To be honest, the specific thing that brought me to this dealership was the fact that they had exactly what I was looking for and there were no other dealerships near Portland that had the same thing. This dealership was also VERY clean and inviting. They have a nice set up here, with the Ford Focus RS in the showroom which I think is super cool. All in all I can't say that I would or would not recommend this dealership over others unless you are looking for something specific. But based on the interactions I had with the receptionist, Curt, Austin, Efren and Cameron I think this is a good place to do business with. More

Finance department was great , Wendy went above and beyond the call for me as did Curt Watson, all of Corwin Fords Staff was the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I am from Nebraska, I am 71 year old man, and have bought at least 25 new and used cars in my lifetime. A special thanks to Curt Watson and the rest of employees at Corwin Ford. More
