I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the r and Curtis was a joy to work with. He even went out of his way to look up some data and part numbers for an issue with my car not related to the oil change. Curtis is very knowledgable about Ford, the cars and his customer service skills are beyond reproach! If anyone can restore our faith in service at the American auto dealerships it would be Curtis! I hope that when I return I will be lucky to have him as an associate again! More

I had to take my Ford Fusion in for some repairs and get it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who works at the service counter. Curtis went above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership. First off, he was extremely polite which is huge, secondly when the technician thought my car was finished Curtis took a look himself and noticed that there were still some issues with the car so he made sure they fixed what I believe was the engine mount block. He could have just said nothing and waited until my warranty expired and then I would have had to pay extra money. Curtis also arranged for a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. In addition, he was up front, honest and it was apparent that his goal was to make sure my car got taken care of. At the end of the day I ended up having to pay a little over $800.000 for some service issues not covered under my warranty but because of Curtis I also saved allot of money. I bought my fusion at the same dealership and from this point on I will be a customer for life at Apple Ford Columbia. Curtis should be running the whole service department in my opinion. The guy just flat out gets it. More

Curtis Ford was very respectful and professional when I came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. The company somehow had ran out of parts but he went to bat for me and made sure my vehicle was take came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van.
