Buying my car from Apple Ford was a great experience, but service there hasn't always been the smoothest. That said, I had an excellent experience with Curtis Ford for a mirror replacement this time around service there hasn't always been the smoothest. That said, I had an excellent experience with Curtis Ford for a mirror replacement this time around and working with him makes me considerably less hesitant to go back for future work that could just as easily be handled by good year. We love our 2011 Explorer, but have had several unusual problems with the MyFord Touch and Synch systems. Our Apple Ford service experience in dealing with these issues has been outstanding. Most recently, I brought the car in without an appointment because we had hit a curb and one of the tires had a cut in the sidewall. There was also a recall campaign on the car. CURTIS FORD helped me out, got the recall done, and had the tire inspected, all in less time than expected. Of course, they could easily have told me the tire was unsafe, and I would have bought a new tire from the dealership. Instead, the inspector said the tire would pass state inspection and was safe to drive on. I was pleasantly shocked - these people have shown integrity in dealing with both my Ford Explorers. I would certainly recommend the Apple Ford service department. More

Curtis Ford went out of his way to make sure that my vehicle's factory installed navigation based communication system was fully operational by summoning the appropriate installation technicians in a ti vehicle's factory installed navigation based communication system was fully operational by summoning the appropriate installation technicians in a timely manner, and then following up with the phone service tech-support operator to confirm we had everything installed and cross-checked operationally correct. Supporting him with this recommendation is not only the right thing to do, but a real pleasure. GREAT FOLKS at APPLE FORD... our 2d Vehicle with them. Can't get any better. More

From start to finish, Apple Ford was top notch. My two previous Ford purchases were through another local competitor, Bob Bell. I was in the market for a new GT500, and after spending over 100,000 at Bob previous Ford purchases were through another local competitor, Bob Bell. I was in the market for a new GT500, and after spending over 100,000 at Bob Bell, they still wanted to charge me a big markup (ADM) on the vehicle (special order). Apple, on the other hand, was fair up front, from the beginning, and did not charge me a ridiculous markup. Granted, many dealers do charge ADM on this vehicle, but there are those that don't and that are actually trying to earn your continued business. The order process was lengthy, almost 5 months, but this has nothing to do with the dealer - it depends upon Ford's build schedules. During that time, my salesman, Tom Greene was absolutely top notch in keeping in touch, listening to my frequent questions and requests, and especially when the car finally arrived, he was extremely accomodating. For this type of vehicle, that type of treatment really makes a big difference. I don't think I've had a smoother buying process. Apple was able to beat my requested rate (which I thought would be tough to do), and both Theresa Volz and Curtis Ford were both very helpful and professional in wrapping up the paperwork. I don't often take the time to write reviews, but I felt that these folks really deserved credit for such a good buying experience. Whether in the market for a special order, or an in stock purchase, I'd highly recommend you check with Apple Ford first! More

I have been a customer of Apple Ford for the past 3 years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service on my Ford Focus, and it has seemed like no-one is interested in being there. The reception I have received to come in for an oil change/tire rotation has been poor at best, and they have had no consideration for my time- don't have a quick lane if it's 3 hrs for an oil change. But I am very happy with my 2 visits in the past month. I have encountered Curtis Ford both times, and he has not only been very knowledgeable (tire problem & bluetooth hookup), but does not seem like it's a bother to do his job(which I'm not even sure those 2 things applied to him, but it didn't seem to matter- the customer mattered first). His friendliness has given me hope that Apple Ford is headed back in the right direction. More

Don is very friendly, and knowledgable. I have been to several financial institutions to get a fair interest rate, Don was able to secure a very favorable interest interest for a USED car. Don was able to lowered my interest rate by more than half,of the lowest quote I got,lowering my monthly payment by over $70 per month. Thank you Don!!!! Also big shout out to Girard, Chad and Curtis for helping me out and making a great impression for my first time dealing with this dealership. More

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the r and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the required amount of attention. He even went out of his way to look up some data and part numbers for an issue with my car not related to the oil change. Curtis is very knowledgable about Ford, the cars and his customer service skills are beyond reproach! If anyone can restore our faith in service at the American auto dealerships it would be Curtis! I hope that when I return I will be lucky to have him as an associate again! More

Curtis Ford was very respectful and professional when I came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. The company somehow had ran out of parts but he went to bat for me and made sure my vehicle was take came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. He even assisted me with a loaner car to continue my transportation needs until the job was done.
