As a customer at this dealership today (6-27-2025) I was very impressed with the service department. I was treated respectfully, professionally and in a friendly manner. All my questions and concerns w was very impressed with the service department. I was treated respectfully, professionally and in a friendly manner. All my questions and concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I was given documentation at the end of my visit that was easy to read and clearly listed the services provided. Future suggestions were provided to ensure my safety for traveling in my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

Glad I found my new Toyota Dealer! I am new to the area. The back hatch shock on my Rav Prime broke. I brought it to Imperial and they were able to fix it, no problem. I want to thank Cutis Jones, Service Advisor for his guidance and service on our 2024 Toyota Camry. We needed a driverside mirror replacement due to striking a barrier last week. We started look guidance and service on our 2024 Toyota Camry. We needed a driverside mirror replacement due to striking a barrier last week. We started looking online for inexpensive ways to fix this. Curtis was concise and polite as far as correcting us. The repair was completed in about 1 hour. Like the commercial says "Keeping our Toyota a Toyota" If we had gone the inexpensive route, we would have failed as there were multiple things to be done that I was not capable of. My family owns 4 Camry's, 3 of which were procured at Imperial. SHOP THEM LAST and you won't be disappointed. Peter from Hopedale More
