The Sales Manager Bob was great to deal with the purchase of my 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander! Very Professional and Very Helpful with the process! Had a good experience with the finance manager as well! of my 2025 Toyota Grand Highlander! Very Professional and Very Helpful with the process! Had a good experience with the finance manager as well! The area that was frustrating was the back office with getting the paperwork to the insurance company in a timely manner! Service Department is an absolute disgrace, Curtis Jones is a liar and can’t be trusted, we have used imperial Toyota Milford since 2022 and everything was fine until this time, we left our car overnight (1 is a liar and can’t be trusted, we have used imperial Toyota Milford since 2022 and everything was fine until this time, we left our car overnight (11/20/25) to get serviced the next day, Curtis called and asked if we would like the 100,000 service, once he said the cost would be $1550 we said no thanks just the oil change please, later that day we got the call the car was all set, so I was going to make the payment over the phone until I heard the total cost, I told the lady on the phone there must be a mix up we just wanted an oil change, she said the manager had left and she would leave a message for him to call tomorrow morning, the next day (11/22/25) we didn’t receive a call so I called them, talked to Curtis who said that I was lying and I approved the work, he said he took his time to go over every service the car needed and that he was told go ahead and do the work, that was not the case, once we heard the total we said no thanks, plus the phone call was only a minute long so his story doesn’t add up. 11/25/25 i got a call from Sean the service manager, he said I was wrong, that snow was coming and I need to come pay my bill, get my car or they will charge me storage, it’s 12/2/25 they still have my car, we have asked for the phone recording to prove what was said but apparently only incoming calls are recorded. Shocked that a dealership would treat customers this way, beware! More

CURTIS JONES was my delightful service advisor. Mr. JONES was professional, knowledgeable, courteous & polite. This was my first visit to this Toyota dealer, IMPERIAL. The time that Mr. CURTIS JONES invested in me is an investment in the Imperial Toyota dealership. Just had a very pleasant experience getting my car serviced at Imperial Toyota. Curtis was my service advisor and was wonderful to work with. He explained to me everything that was highly recommende serviced at Imperial Toyota. Curtis was my service advisor and was wonderful to work with. I love coming here. They have plenty of chairs and stations where you can work while you are waiting. More importantly, I always feel like they listen to me and are real They have plenty of chairs and stations where you can work while you are waiting. More importantly, I always feel like they listen to me and are really working to help my car stay healthy, so I can drive it safely for as long as possible. Curtis is great. Ask for him. He will tell what you need and what you don't need for your car's check-up. If you're like me and want to drive your car for a long time, I'd recommend coming here. More
