I financed a vehicle from Serra Nissan, on Oct. 17, 20. I wrote a previous review about how I wouldn't recommend anyone to this place, because first off, no one wore masks! And the finance agent kept wanting to shake my hand. After the initial review, I got a call from the manager (not sure who it was), asking me to come in for an updated version of my new car contract. He said he would give me 1k off the price of my new vehicle, and add 1k to my trade in value. Wow! I thought to myself, this is great! I was in the office within the hour. We signed the paperwork all over again. I remember when I first drove my new car off the lot, the mileage read 5 miles. While the agent was going over the new paperwork with me, he actually wrote that my new car had 5k miles on it. But I quickly caught it, and told him to change it. After signing off on all the paperwork, I headed home. Once I got home, I decided to read over the new paperwork. To my dismay, the initial trade-in price had been added back into the so-called new and improved contract. Initially, I googled the total price of a 2020 Nissan Altima; it was 24k! My initial price was 28k! That's why I wrote the previous review, and got invited back to renegotiate my contract. I love my car, but probably should have shopped around for a better deal. I won't be going there again! And I will be telling all my friends and family not to go there either! Next time, I will shop around, and I won't be going to Serra Nissan; or any of the Serra companies! Such a rip off!!! More
