They always try to get you in and out as fast as possible without keeping you there for hours on end, always seeking to work with you and get you the best deal possible. If you are in the market for a jeep, I highly recommend East Hills. Ask for Curtis Rose! He is honest, reliable and knowledgeable about jeeps, but he also gets to know you on a personal level. The day we were scheduled to pickup our vehicle, there was a fire next door, fire trucks and emergency vehicles were everywhere. They were blocking the road to the car storage facility. After 45 minutes the entire management team got together and somehow managed to get the vehicle out of the lot and we drove off smiling. Awesome job guys. Curtis is the best! He's has a great attitude, professional, and he actually cares about the customer. I arrived early for pick up the next day and the manager Steve did his best to limit my waiting time. No high pressure sales to purchase options like at other dealers, although I did buy the lease end damage warranty, which I recommend, in order to prevent unexpected cost at the lease expiration. East Hills is a no hassle car dealer, and I fully recommend. And ask for Curtis when you get there, tell him Nick sent you! :) More
