Honest, Quality, and Friendly These guys know how to treat their customers right. This is the second truck that we got from this dealer, and the process couldn’t have been easier. From getting a straight answer on financing, finding the truck I wanted, and then finally walking out with it on delivery day, East Hills provides exceptional service. HIGHLY recommend talking to Curtis and Arnie. More

Great experience. Smooth happy purchase of a new car Great experience purchasing my first brand new car. I found everything that I was looking for at this dealership, came in with a price that I saw onl Great experience purchasing my first brand new car. I found everything that I was looking for at this dealership, came in with a price that I saw online and was able to purchase it for that same price which is a big deal because when shopping around at other dealerships there were often hidden incentives and qualifications for the advertised price. The salesman I got to work with, Curtis, was very honest and made himself available to me for any questions that I had. The financial associate Dean was also great in making sure I understood everything clearly and that I was comfortable with all the decisions I was making. The communication from the dealership and all of the associates was quick and timely. I am very confident in my purchase and grateful for all the assistance. Aside from my beautiful new Jeep, I received phenomenal service. Thank you! More

12 JANUARY 2019 SERVICE APPOINTMENT AT EHCJDR My 12 January 2019 afternoon started with a "Happy New Year" greeting from Kevin Chang, this Saturday's Service Advisor for EHCJDR. Kevin Chang liste My 12 January 2019 afternoon started with a "Happy New Year" greeting from Kevin Chang, this Saturday's Service Advisor for EHCJDR. Kevin Chang listed his recommended service options, we discussed the need and application for each, and received an estimated time of completion. Kevin Chang has an outstanding reputation as a Service Advisor and any information that he provides is taken in the utmost confidence as being 100% correct. I also spoke with my Sales Advisor Curtis Rose. We exchanged greeting for the best of the coming new year. Curtis Rose also did a follow up on experience of driving my Grand Cherokee Jeep from the past year. I answered in the affirmative as being an outstanding vehicle to handle all road and weather conditions in a superb manner. Sakai Foster and Clarissa Rosado are outstanding EHCJDR employees who set up my appointment for me. More
