Could have been really bad I originally went in for new brakes and an oil change. While he was test driving my Focus, after replacing the brakes, the mechanic heard a sound that I originally went in for new brakes and an oil change. While he was test driving my Focus, after replacing the brakes, the mechanic heard a sound that, due to poor hearing, I didn't. Turns out that the right rear wheel bearing was pretty bad. They fixed it and now I have a safe car. More

Gentleman lacked tack and was slightly rude. Told me my tires for life would be terminated if I don't get his $100 alignment today. Did not present any other options. My husband and I are first time customers of Bob Allen Ford, and we will definately be back. We have owned only fords and have been to many other dealerships, none of which left us with such a great impre Ford, and we will definately be back. Every time you go to the dealership they courteously open the door and greet you...eager to serve your needs. Our salesman, Jay Walker showed us around the dealership beeming with pride, it was great to see such enthusiasm from an employee(that says alot). He worked very hard making sure we got the vehicle we wanted and the service we deserved."Thank You",Jay and everyone at Bob Allen Ford for the great experience.
