- Eric.atkins77This place is terrible, absolutely ZERO follow-up and care for making a situation right with the customer. I purchased a vehicle in mid August. When conducting the test drive, I noticed there were not any floor mats with the car. Prior to purchasing, I was specifically told that they would be overnighted to me without an issue. Well, over two months later and having been told countless times the floor mats are on the way (in addition to over 10 voicemails going unreturned), I still do not have the floor mats. They just simply lie to you to get you off the phone and don't care about doing the right thing and what they promised.

- Teemo1Do not buy from ALM Roswill! I purchased a BMW 7 series and the experience is horrible! The salesman DEREK(or Derik) is terrible at his service and the finance manager Al is rude and unprofessional! They will not provide you the keys and other accessories as promised! They will not pick up your call once you paid for any problems!

"Worst car buying experience ever"
- estrith22Worst car buying experience that I've ever had. First, they lost my deposit and it took days to find it even though I was paying cash for the car. Second, they promised to do some work to fix dents and scratches on the car that I was buying, but in the end, all they used was a little bit of touch up paint and called it perfect; and even had the nerves to admit that they knew I wouldn't be happy with their solution. They said they detailed the car and filled it up, but it was just as dirty as when I test drove it for the first time and it was almost on empty. I was promised a spare tire and I never got it even after calling multiple times and leaving multiple messages. It was very unfortunate when I was stranded on the side of the road because there was a nail in my tire and I had to tow my new car. The sales person was no longer working there days after I got my car so that should have told me all I needed to know about the quality of their service. Next time I'll go to a Buick dealer instead of a smaller dealership like ALM and I will recommend to my friends and family that they do the same.

"Excellent experience!"
- awells11Just left the dealership with our new car and the experience was great! Not only was the vehicle and price excellent but our sales associate Mike came in on his off day and went above and beyond to make sure our experience with ALM roswell went fantastic and as smooth as possible. So grateful. Highly recommend and will definitely check back for our next vehicle.
