John gave me exactly what I needed to find out, all was over the phone. Thank you Jessica for helping my friend look the car over and handled any concerns I had. John picked me up at the airport and then we did the final ride to see that everything that John had mentioned was exactly as is. John handled 95% of the paperwork prior so we had very little to complete. Jeff, in the finance department made the closing of the sale very smooth.
