Efficient & Knowledgeable I was thinking of buying a Honda when I stopped in at Honda of the Avenues and met Cyrus Kanyuira. He was very knowledgeable about the car, but did n I was thinking of buying a Honda when I stopped in at Honda of the Avenues and met Cyrus Kanyuira. He was very knowledgeable about the car, but did not pressure me in any way (which I sincerely appreciated). Because of his knowledge and his enthusiasm to make a deal, I did make an offer. We had to negotiate some, but was able to do some of that by phone. Once a price was agreed upon, I went in and we made it happen. The entire process was comfortable and efficient and I drove out that day with my new car. Before I left, Cyrus, took me to the service department and introduced me to Bobby Howard, which I appreciated as well. There was some pressure to purchase an extended warranty, which I found odd considering the car was brand new and had a manufacturer's warranty, but that had nothing to do with Cyrus. I have gone back in to get more information on how to work the technology part of the vehicle and and Cyrus has been extremely accessible. He continues to treat me the same as he did before I purchased the car so I feel very comfortable calling on him. I have been pleased with my experience so far and would highly recommend this sales agent to others. More
