I bought this car, my first Mercedes, from Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge. Being elderly and pretty much on my own, this dealership and its sales personal made this experience so easy and I walked away with of Baton Rouge. Being elderly and pretty much on my own, this dealership and its sales personal made this experience so easy and I walked away with the feeling that anything that I needed from purchase point on would be granted, if possible. Every employee of Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge that I came in contact with was pleasant and knowledgeable about their cars and answered all my questions, even the finance department. The Tech person took his time to take me step by step explaining all the bells and whistles on my new beauty. The Service Department was great when my car went in for it's 1 year service. Everyone I spoke to in that department also were knowledgeable on how things operated in their department. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge to anyone who asked me about my experiences. Great job Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge, you get 5 stars from me. More

As soon as I pulled up the service person was there, handled all and off it went. After lunch got a message it was ready. All services and recall was done, and at a cheaper price.
