Two stars -- what I would give a typical used car dealership. Not the experience I would expect from a Lexus dealership. Friendly enough people though. I did end up buying a car there because they dealership. Not the experience I would expect from a Lexus dealership. Friendly enough people though. I did end up buying a car there because they had the used unit I wanted on their lot but otherwise would not have done so. Here’s why 2-stars: Made an appointment for a specific used unit -- had to wait over an hour after arriving to see unit. At deal time, sales person asked me to pay for extras that were misrepresented as new dealer additions for the used car sale -- these parts were installed for the original purchaser and dealership had already received money for them. Was promised during deal closure that: Alignment on alignment machine had been performed as part of pre used car sale inspection -- no such alignment had been performed All service on used unit had been performed to Lexus service schedule, a significant contributor to purchase decision -- Lexus Monterey had failed to change the brake fluid at 30k and 60k as well as failing to change spark plugs at 60k. This is about $1500 of work and compromises the reliability of the used vehicle. Had to remove dealer installed GPS tracker from vehicle after taking delivery More

Cars are great but the customer service is an absolute fail. The only thing the business/finance team did well was deposit the check. Paperwork was incorrect and late or never sent. 10 unreturned phone ca fail. The only thing the business/finance team did well was deposit the check. Paperwork was incorrect and late or never sent. 10 unreturned phone calls and counting. The sales manager and GM won’t even return a call. Do yourself a favor and buy that beautiful Lexus somewhere else! More
