This dealer has poor customer service, my car was not safe after service . I took it for simple change oil and they told me I need new front brakes . They told me service was done and car is ready. The next day , I drove the car , the breaks did not work . I almost hit other cars when I exited freeway . I called them panicking , they even let me arrange for my own towing . I called 2 more times panicked trying to reach service advisor and manager , they said they’re busy . Manager didn’t call me until after I dropped off car to the dealer . No update all day the next day. I’m still shaken . More
