My reappointment went smoothly. I always wait for the service. Service staff was great very professional and met my expectations. This dealer has poor customer service, my car was not safe after service . I took it for simple change oil and they told me I need new front brakes . They told me service was done and car is ready. The n safe after service . I took it for simple change oil and they told me I need new front brakes . They told me service was done and car is ready. The next day , I drove the car , the breaks did not work . I almost hit other cars when I exited freeway . I called them panicking , they even let me arrange for my own towing . I called 2 more times panicked trying to reach service advisor and manager , they said they’re busy . Manager didn’t call me until after I dropped off car to the dealer . No update all day the next day. I’m still shaken . More

Service dept. seems to be in chaos. Nobody called me to go over my repairs, just sent me an astronomical bill for what they wanted to do. Nobody walked me around m seems to be in chaos.
