So I am left to assume the claim fulfillment rate is too low to publish and that like others have found, this is largely just a marketing line. To Sunset's credit, they did repair some body work, but the sales person did not alert me to this damage before i drove 2.5 hours to view the van. Then when I arrived to close the deal and retrieve the van, my salesman, despite committing to be there, was nowhere to be found. He had essentially ghosted me after I put down a deposit. The final insult was that i was handed only a single key to the van. This was a high-end, late-model van bought at a preimium price and Sunset couldn't see its way to providing a second set of keys. Tacky. So my take is, if you can't find what you're looking for anywhere else, Sunset will do. But if you can get the same vehicle elsewhere, you should do so.

I had an opportunity to go to another Chevy dealership in the local area that was not charging a markup, but due to the excellent service that I received, I felt that doing business with Sunset Chevy was the best course of action.

I went in for my 3rd oil change they charged me for a

They sold me a $100,000 lemon and their “fix” is to have
gm pay the loan off and then me apply for another loan for another truck. The general manager Tyler Foss said if my credit isn’t good enough for the

Shady horrible dealer and Tyler Foss is a horrible person. Stay far away from this dealer before they rip you off too!
