About a ten minute wait time. The oil change was done in 45 minutes—initially estimated a hour. Didn’t check brake linings! Why? They forgot to give me my car wash coupon—I had asked for them to wash my car initially. Maybe they can mail it to my home address, please? Thanks so much!

We dropped off our car on Friday evening for a 50k service and replacement of the third brake light. We didn’t receive a call that the service was done until 4:00 pm. An hour before they closed. When I asked them if everything was finished. They said that the service was done however they were not able to replace the brake light. And we should try to find the part online because it was cheeper and they did not have the part. While I appreciate the gesture to help save money, the fact that they had no regard for reaching out earlier in the day is very upsetting to say the least. I may have been able to get the light to them in time to do the repair and my car would be back together. just seems like a major waste of time from both the mine, and the dealerships perspective.
