We had a very positive experience with City VW of Chicago. Upon entering the dealership, it is evident the staff work as a team to ensure customers are taken care of very well. Edgar was knowledgeab Chicago. Upon entering the dealership, it is evident the staff work as a team to ensure customers are taken care of very well. Edgar was knowledgeable, responsive, transparent and very easy to work with throughout the process. He addressed my questions professionally and followed up regularly to keep me updated on the vehicle prior to our purchase. David was also extremely helpful while guiding us through the ins and outs of the sale. He was kind, patient, personable and helped make the process feel smooth and easy. Purchasing a vehicle is a big decision (financially and personally), and both David and Edgar made this experience an enjoyable one for us. When they pulled up the vehicle, it looked gorgeous (shiny and pristine) and was ready with a full tank of gas. David offered to snap a photo of me with my new Atlas, and I had a permanent smile the whole ride home. The following day, Edgar followed up to check in on how I was enjoying my new Atlas and to welcome me to the City Family.
