Went to this dealer to check out their 2. 9% financing deal they were having for the month of March. I was met by their friendly receptionist who introduced me to one of their salespeople, Dem 9% financing deal they were having for the month of March. I was met by their friendly receptionist who introduced me to one of their salespeople, Demetri, who wound up being a real pleasure to work with. Demetri was very easy to speak with, no hard selling of any sort, just very informative. It was his knowledge of Subarus that helped solidify my decision to confidently get the new ‘24 Forester Premium. Dealing with the finance manager, Mike, at the time of purchase was also a very good experience which surprised me as I generally fear the worst when it comes to sitting down with finance managers. Overall, I pulled out of the lot with my new car feeling really good about the purchase and will likely go back once it’s time for my daughter to get her new car. More

Very pleased with Mike and commitments that he gave me doing the financing of the lease. Worked with him with my previous lease and he did much better with this new lease arrangement. Worked out the extr doing the financing of the lease. Worked with him with my previous lease and he did much better with this new lease arrangement. Worked out the extra's on this new lease and much better than my last lease contract. Included in the contract was a loyalty and rescue service credits. Will probably be using him again when this lease comes due in 3 years. More

The finance guy is a low life scammer. He provides absolutely no transparency. Evades direct questions and dances around each question regarding prices. I caution any future customers to be extremely diligent in their review of the numbers and not let this finance guy, Mike dance around as you are getting ripped off. More
