1. There was no one there to greet me when I arrived and as this was the first time for me, I didn’t know where to go and who to talk to. 2. The person at the “service desk “ was not rude nor was he ove as this was the first time for me, I didn’t know where to go and who to talk to. 2. The person at the “service desk “ was not rude nor was he overly polite. 3. I like the video report but it was very difficult to see and understand. 4. I think that almost 3 hours was a bit too long for what was done and the service center did not look that busy. 5. We are vey satisfied with our 2026 Kia Sportage. 6. This dealership has the worst service i have ever encountered. You have to leave your vehicle for 4 days to get a diagnosis. There is no communication. I will never go to this dealership for anything encountered. You have to leave your vehicle for 4 days to get a diagnosis. There is no communication. Service manager should not be working here. People working counters at service department refused to even come out to look at the car, it was 3 of them and they got no other people inside. When confronted to do their jobs, I was told that they will call 911 and will get me out with trespassing warrant. Manager from used sales department got involved. Got rental car and approved service in 5 min. Was not his job but he did it anyway. More

Shopping at Kia Of Frisco was a great experience! My sales lady “Carmen” was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and there was no high pressure sales. She was very easy to work with!
