DJ took full ownership. He approved replacing all four tires at no cost while waiting on a delayed claim and kept me updated the entire time. He even arranged for the vehicle to be delivered before my trip. The car now drives like new, and my wife is happy again. It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer care. DJ truly went above and beyond.
