Very good service as a returning customer I did most of my purchase with DJ Dougherty on the internet. I made arrangements with DJ to meet at 4pm and I did not arrive till 5:30 pm and DJ waite I did most of my purchase with DJ Dougherty on the internet. I made arrangements with DJ to meet at 4pm and I did not arrive till 5:30 pm and DJ waited until them and he turned me over to Frank Hart to complete the transaction and he did a wonder job completing the sale. These 2 salesmen are a valuable employees to Peninsula Subaru. Frank is very knowable on the showing the functions of the car we purchased. We stop by on a weekend and Frank Hart was very patient, and knowledgeable of the types of models and its features, he walk around the lot with us and made us feel very comfortable as he talk to us about the capabilities of the subaru outback. We left and later contacted DJ thru emails and my wife stop by again and had a nice chat with him about car colors, number crunching, trades in value, and options upgrades on the subaru that she had decided on. In addition to not having to haggle price or play the "let me talk to my manager game ", I got the cost of the Subaru independent of whether I was trading in my car. And then when I asked about how much I could get for my car, DJ used several sources to give the highest amount possible which turned out to be $1000 more then we owed and also saved us several thousand in sales tax by trading in the car! He got exactly the car I wanted from another dealer without trying to sell me one already loaded with extras that I didn't want and had it ready the next day. So not only do I have an awesome Subaru, I had an awesome experience buying it! More
