After 18-days that our Outback was in your shop, the car was delivered to our home with unsatisfactory conditions. In addition to dirty exterior and exterior conditions (car had been washed before bringing it in, there was zero gas in tank. Emergency warning warned about the no-fuel. We expected better from Peninsula Subaru. Even 1-gallon would have been appreciated. But fumes only? Disappointing and upsetting. Is this the best you can do? I don't think we will come back. More
