I knew I could have walked away easily after our test drive with him but I wanted the Sienna a lot and I was tired of my car . Remi was so understanding and patient with the kids and myself. It meant a lot to me to be at a dealership where people didn't treat us rudely or condescendingly. We met DJ (a really smart, great manager, but a little pushy lol) and RJ (probably the sweetest financial guy in the industry-just sayin') and Glenn (one super cool guy) and one sale rep who kept joking that I needed a U-Haul to move all my things from my old car into the new one lol Our overall experience was excellent and so much better than I could have ever imagined it could possibly ever be. We are super happy with our CPO Sienna and the amazing patience everyone showed me and my 3 kids (age 3,5,9) was really perfect. Thank you,everyone, but especially Remi. It's not easy, but your helping us get in our new Toyota was a fantastic experience that we won't soon forget. From bag fulls of popcorn, to colorful markers and paper and giant helium balloons you did an amazing job!! Rock on, Daytona Toyota! :) More

I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted My car buying experience began very badly at another Toyota dealer. I wasn't very hopeful about going to another one but couldn't find what I wanted at any other dealer. Our sales person, Chuck, was fantastic from the beginning. Very enthusiastic about my being able to find the car I wanted for me. Made me feel comfortable, never talked down to me or over my head (My nephew and brother-in-law were with me and most salesmen at other dealers talked to them, not me). The "negotiation" part was brief and and to the point - DJ was very knowledgeable and nice. There was a wait to complete the purchase but Chuck was always there to be sure to let us know what was going on, to be sure we were comfortable. The finance manager explained everything clearly and concisely. Can't say enough good things about Chuck - he made buying a car actually a very pleasant experience! Wish there were more like him!!! More

Best car buying experience ever! No other dealer was even close to the deal Daytona Toyota offered! This was all done via phone and emails with DJ and Remi, who were delightful to work with. We got a call saying our new car was in EARLY, and the next day drove there. The dealership experience was wonderful. From the moment we drove up, someone greeted us, calls Remi for us and away we went. He confirmed what we had agreed on, talks about the car and warranty with dealership, had the finance man go efficiently thru the paperwork, and we were soon being shown the amazing things about our new car by Remi. At no time was there any pressure, no second guessing what was agreed upon...A TOTAL GREAT EXPERIENCE. Would work with Daytona Toyota, and Remi again, and have already recommended,them to others. More
