These days it is not often that a sales person goes beyond the extra mile to ensure a client’s piece of mind and satisfaction, however it simply was a pleasure dealing with Austin Baker. He took every measure to ensure that his service delivery was impeccable from start to conclusion of our dealings. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in good client services, and Austin certainly exemplifies that. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. DJ and Damien are the ones to go to when you are looking for a car. They both worked with me and made the whole process stress free. Unlike the other Toyota dealership located in St. Augustine, about 10 minutes from me, I was treated like I was an intelligent person and given the truth instead of lies and being treated like an idiot. It would have been much easier for me to give my business to the closer dealership but their strong hand tactics and lies turned me away from giving them my hard earned money. Damien and DJ LISTENED and HEARED me when I told them my budget and what I was looking for. I bought my car and had it delivered to me within 2 days. USAA car sales provided my contact information to Adam Bullock and he courteously called me. He was kind and attentive. Adam is not the stereotypical car sales man. Instead of trying to push me to buy a car that I was not looking for, he went the extra mile to find the vehicle I was looking for. The dealer did not have the Highlander Hybrid in stock, but they were able to special order it and have it in less than 3 business days. Adam is fully capable of meeting new situations head-on and applying himself in a highly resourceful manner to meet the needs of his clients. In addition, he is always available to answer any questions the customer might have. Adam is a superstar and he has a bright future. Promote him now to sales management!!!!!! DJ assisted in the sale and he worked with my case diligently in a meticulous accurate manner with a high sense of personal responsibility to satisfy my needs. DJ work is complete, thorough, and accurate; leaves no loose ends and he is driven to satisfy the customer needs. Ikram was kind enough to assist me in finding Adam in my first visit to the dealer. With a matter of a few email exchanges, a ‘deal’ was established for my new purchase and trade-in. Afterwards, I went to Daytona Toyota’s dealership to finalize the transaction and take delivery of my new vehicle. I met and worked with several very professional and polite individuals with Daytona Toyota during the course of my purchase. Ash was the lead customer representative who was outstanding, polite, professional and very accommodating. I believe Ash did everything possible to make my purchase an enjoyable experience and not the typical ‘sales person’ trying to sell a ‘unit’. On a scale of 01 to 10 and 10 being exceptional, I would rate Ash and Daytona Toyota a 12! More

We just traded in our 2017 4Runner SR5 for a 2018 4x4 TRD trail version, had another AWESOME experience! I was a pain in the butt because I went there out of curiosity of what upgrading would cost and left with a vehicle. I really did not want to buy a car but couldn't walk away from the deal they gave me. DJ and Remi are the BEST, no pressure sales and customer satisfaction are key (DJ talked to me for weeks about coming to the dealership). Their prices cannot be beat, I promise you that. Had an awful experience at Toyota of Melbourne earlier that day (talked to a sales guy while getting my oil changed), they gave me a crazy low offer for my vehicle and wouldn't budge on theirs. I made a mistake even talking to a sales guy at Melbourne and remembered why we originally bought from Daytona. Later that day we drove up to Daytona and left with a much better vehicle (well after closing time), completely satisfied. Also FREE LIFETIME OIL CHANGES, Daytona Toyota is the only dealership that offers this (and its not cheap conventional oil, high quality Toyota Synthetic). Plain and simple, I will buy all of my Toyotas from Daytona Toyota. More
