She was very knowledgeable and reached out every time they had a vehicle come on the lot that fit what I was looking for. She was passionate, but not your typical pushy salesman. She made the process enjoyable and was always there to answer my questions. TJ was there throughout the process and got me a great deal on my dream car. He made sure I got the right warranty and checked everything over before I left the lot. I would highly recommend Alma Ford and will be using them for my next car purchase. Been there 2 times and paid money for no solution both times. Both times said the vehicle was ok and it was supposed to be that way. That means ford trucks are supposed to have their battery go dead every times. Both times said the vehicle was ok and it was supposed to be that way. That means ford trucks are supposed to have their battery go dead every 2 or 3 weeks, that's the way they are made. I hope that isn't true. The front end is ok even though is shakes violently sometimes. Just say you don't know what's wrong and send me somewhere else without charging me. Just because you can't duplicate it doesn't mean that's the way it is supposed to be. If you have more than one problem you are so specialized that a second system can't be troubleshot because that system has no mechanic working that day so you would have to make a second appointment to get it looked at and come back. No thanks. More
