THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER RECEIVED!!! I was very nervous and scared walking into Tynans to purchase a car because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past with other dealerships. But once I I was very nervous and scared walking into Tynans to purchase a car because of bad experiences I’ve had in the past with other dealerships. But once I spoke to DJ and received his help, I felt so relaxed and excited. DJ went above and beyond when it came to helping me look for a vehicle that is best for me as well as affordable. He was polite and wasn’t pushy and very professional. Everybody is very friendly, accompanied with great hospitality. I wasn’t rushed and wasn’t disrespected like I was at the other dealerships I previously visited. I will and would advise anyone and everyone to go to Tynans if they want great service and a great/affordable vehicle. They even let me use my 1996 dodge Dakota as a down payment. Streamlined Sale I was so happy with my experience with Tynan's. I called a few days ahead and spoke with DJ regarding a used 2011 Toyota Sienna. I told him that I hav I was so happy with my experience with Tynan's. I called a few days ahead and spoke with DJ regarding a used 2011 Toyota Sienna. I told him that I have two little kids and that I wanted to be in and out the day I came to test drive in case I wanted to buy. I already had my financing completed beforehand, but told DJ what my budget was and what I wanted for my trade in. The deal was basically done when I walked in the door. The vehicle was exactly what I was expecting and in perfect condition. I LOVE MY NEW VAN!!! I would totally buy from Tynan's again. PS. I left my garage door opener twice (distracted by my little kids...) and Tynan's FedEx'd it to me so I didn't have to drive back out there the 2nd time. Amazing customer service. More
