Having my car in the dealership for four days without a rental vehicle was incredibly inconvenient. I found myself struggling to manage my daily responsibilities, from getting to work to running essential rental vehicle was incredibly inconvenient. I found myself struggling to manage my daily responsibilities, from getting to work to running essential errands. The lack of transportation left me feeling stranded and frustrated, especially since I rely heavily on my vehicle for everything. I expected the dealership to provide some form of assistance during such an extended repair period. Offering a complimentary rental or alternative transportation options would have made a significant difference in my experience. It’s disappointing to feel like my needs weren’t considered, and I hope the dealership can improve this aspect of their service in the future. More
