This was a horrible dealer to do business with and will never again . They never respond in a timely manner . They were paid by my warranty and did a bad job. I brought to the real dealer and they said aft never again . They never respond in a timely manner . They were paid by my warranty and did a bad job. I brought to the real dealer and they said aftermarket parts were used . My car was in the shop more than I used it . And they didn’t give me a loaner ! I had to pay for a rental . Ridiculous. Do not do business with them. More

When there is an extended warranty involved the amount of time that it takes to get a claim approved is out of our control, the same goes with using aftermarket parts. When a claim is authorized, it is at that time ok to put a customer in a rental vehicle. Please call me to discuss further. regards, Gino
