The physical pain I experienced during and after the accident was compounded by the realization that I would need to go through the grueling hassle of hitting the dealership shops and haggling my way out of bad deals. One day, as I was complaining about the ordeal, my realtor gave me Doug Wright's number to help me out. From the minute I talked to Doug on the phone, I couldn't help but notice that his approach was different. On top of being extremely knowledgeable and personable, he took the time to learn about my needs and set out to find the right car (2015 Acura RDX) for me. He really wanted me to have a positive experience. He was first and foremost concerned about the service. This transaction was indeed my best car buying experience. Doug represented D&M Leasing very well. Because of his great service I now have a very positive opinion about the business. More
