The service department found over $3500 in repairs for my old VW; when I inquired what they would give me for it as a trade in, they said $500. It does not give me confidence in the reliability and value of old VW; when I inquired what they would give me for it as a trade in, they said $500. It does not give me confidence in the reliability and value of VWs. The sales person was gracious, but clearly those behind the scenes do not care about retaining customers. And the salesman has not responded to my email inquiries about trade ins. More

Great salesman but I have an issue with pricing-almost bait and switch. 1. Get email with low interest rate, however when you get in it is limited to two models and brand new. 2. Say they have 1st re bait and switch. 1. Get email with low interest rate, however when you get in it is limited to two models and brand new. 2. Say they have 1st responder/military discount over the phone but once again, in store it’s only if new. This is very poor. Most 1st Responder and military (disable veterans) do not have the funds to get brand new car. So basically, act like they offer support, but in reality they have no desire to support anyone. More
