I like the car I walked away with, but Emich brought me in with a bait-and-switch. Their website shows they had an ID4 in stock in the color I wanted and at a great price. They sent me an email confirmi in with a bait-and-switch. Their website shows they had an ID4 in stock in the color I wanted and at a great price. They sent me an email confirming the price and with a picture of the car (in my desired color). When I got in, they said they almost never have that color and they couldn't sell any ID4 for the price they advertised (and then emailed me). I showed the salesman the email they sent me that day as well as their website. It didn't matter. I like the car, but the sales experience was frustrating. More
