I originally requested a quote by email and Eric sent me a very attractive offer that made me walk into the dealership. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole process seamless, from reviewing the model I wanted to negotiating the price. He was a tough cookie in the best way, but still able to get me a really great deal. I genuinely appreciated his professionalism, patience, and willingness to work with me. Everyone in the dealership was helpful and the customer service here is consistently the best, which is why this is now my second time buying a car at this location. I also have to mention something funny. Throughout my email communication I kept speaking with “Alina Perez,” and she was so fast and helpful that I was impressed. When I arrived and asked for her, they told me Alina was actually AI. I never would have guessed. It truly felt like I was talking to a real person. Overall, I had an excellent experience once again. As for the dealership as a whole I felt at times like I was being handled and because the finance department could not be bothered with adding my mailing address to the paperwork (this was not my first car purchase people always want to know the right place to mail stuff they want you to get and there was a place for the physical and the mailing on the contract. Because this was not done I had to spend time chasing down the DMV and the bank to get this information in. I know I'm not the only customer buying a car and I wasn't that day but I feel they drag the process out. More

The finance guy was ok, Rohan talked us into an extended warranty which I was ok with since newer cars have so many things unrepairable by the average person, but when we were signing the paperwork it went from a seven year warranty down to six. The finance guy claimed he made a mistake knowing that 72 months wasn’t seven years. A finance guy that isn’t good with numbers?? Bottom line, just like any used car purchase make sure you ask a lot of questions and get it all in writing before you sign it all. I would definitely deal with Dylan again but I’d make sure I was better prepared More
